{this moment} on two continents! 30 August 2013

Each week my South African friend Vanessa and I post {this moment} on two continents! as a ritual to celebrate our friendship and the bond we share as we raise our boys "together" on opposite sides of the globe.

This week we went on a train ride with Nonna & Paw Paw. The boys giggled & squealed every time the train whistle blew. We had a picnic lunch, met the conductor of the train, and made beautiful memories on this (hot) perfect morning! Papa even got to come along for the ride! We all agreed, GG would have loved it. - United States

Ooo, it was so wonderful waking up here this morning! Nature felt so close, quiet, watching and embracing :) Then there was the music and singing coming from the temple room. Aidan and I enjoyed the last bit of that and then left in case we disturbed the half hour mediation that followed... Aidan said "nice!" just as we had closed the door. - South Africa - visiting the U.K.
